On May 7th 2022, ISP hosted our annual scholarship fundraiser, which this year was held at the Petschek Villa, the US Ambassador’s Residence. The glamorous baroque inspired interior, with live music throughout the evening only served to add to the wonderful atmosphere. In addition, the 1920s theme provided us with some beautifully dressed guests– thank you all for participating! Check out the recap video.
Besides the obvious fun of the event, we raised 4 million CZK by the end of the night. This generously donated money will not only support tuition for motivated Czech students to attend ISP, but will also support the recently displaced Ukrainian student refugees. The fact that we were able to make such a big contribution to this cause makes this year’s Gala even more special.

The ISP Scholarship Program was initiated 21 years ago, and so far, 31 Czech students have benefited from these scholarships. It is integral to ISP that we provide all children, regardless of socioeconomic background, a chance for a great education.
ISP greatly benefits from our fantastic scholarship students, who not only add to the socioeconomic diversity in our school but also bring vitality and excellence to our community. All our scholars continue their education and go to university on another scholarship and go on to lead healthy, fulfilling, and purposeful lives, contributing responsibly to our changing world.

As you can see from the testimonies above, the experience ISP provides is absolutely priceless. Students who have studied with us have gone on to attend Cambridge, Oxford, and reached corners of the world they previously didn’t think possible. We are so grateful we are able to give back every year to the community that surrounds us.
