SECURITY GUARD

General description:

The main role is to maintain safe and secure environment for students, their parents, school employees and other community members. 

Key responsibilities:

• Prevent access of unauthorised groups and individuals onto the campus and in the building
• Ensure high security standards of the ISP campus, including but not limited to the security of our students, employees, visitors and other constituencies
• Perform regular patrols within the ISP campus
• Provide security services at the given posts according the schedule
• Coordinate traffic within the ISP parking lot
• Monitor technical support systems (EPS, EZS, ACS, CCTV, etc)
• Proactively pursue preventive security measures as a part of ISP’s program of continuous improvement of security standards
• Participate as a member of the ISP fire-guard team
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor

Knowledge, skills and dispositions required:

• Fluent in Czech and elementary knowledge of English (higher level preferred)
• Strong commitment to security rules
• Willingness to work in flexible hours - including weekend shifts 
• Good physical condition and stress resistance
• Computer skills - general user knowledge
• Proactive, committed and reliable personality

Experience and education required:

• High School diploma
• Working experience within Police, Army or other relevant security services is an advantage
