MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

General Description:

Ensuring minor maintenance and repairs to site equipment and meeting operational requirements as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Minor maintenance
• Repair, assembly and installation of piece furniture 
• Arranging removals within the operation
• Arranging and equipping the premises within the framework of events and operational requirements
• Responsibility for the technical and material equipment of the workroom

 

Knowledge, Skills and Dispositions Required:

• Skifulness 
• Ability to work independentaly
• Ability to operate workshop tooling
• Experience in carrying out minor repairs to the building and its equipment
• Good communication skills
• Stock management of consumables and installation materials
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Team player

 

Experience and Education Required:

• High School diploma
• Working experience in building maintenance and operation
• Driving license, Decree 50 holder and/or welding license (preferred)
