Leadership and Service

ISP Mission with students

Living our ISP mission

Service, leadership, and action are fundamental pillars in the journey of becoming a changemaker, and we ensure that all our students have opportunities to explore these concepts and discover their potential impact.

At ISP, our mission is crystal clear: we aim to empower students to become compassionate changemakers. This objective lies at the heart of our educational philosophy, driving both our teaching methods and our aspirations for our students. To realise this vision, we have purposefully embedded this mission into every facet of teaching and learning, including our clubs and activities.

Beginning with initiatives like the Elementary School Student Council and the Changemakers Club and continuing into Middle School with offerings such as our Podcast elective, Speech and Debate, and Community Projects, ISP provides numerous opportunities for students to exercise leadership and pursue their passions. These opportunities expand even further in Upper School with offerings like Model United Nations (MUN), TEDxYouth@ISPrague, Girls in Leadership, Happy Caravan, and a myriad of other service and leadership projects.

Not only do these experiences cultivate skills, confidence, and resilience necessary for effecting positive change, but they also instil in our students a deep understanding of the importance of becoming compassionate changemakers.
