Do I need to preorder lunch for my child(ren)?
For students in grades 3-12, there is no need to preorder lunch.
For children in ECF 3/4 through to Grade 2, where lunch is served in the classroom, the Aramark system automatically preorders a meal each day for every child.
If you wish to cancel lunch for a specific day, please do so by 7:00 that morning. After that time, the cost of the meal (CZK 108) will be charged (this does not apply to ECF 3/4 children, as their meals are included in the tuition fee).
Is a take-away service available?
Yes. Take-away meals (main lunch dishes) are available in eco-friendly reusable 'Re-boxes'. A refundable deposit of 150 CZK is charged for each container, which is returned when you bring it back clean. Take-away meals can be purchased from 13:00 onwards, with pricing based on the weight of the dish (as with breakfast). Soup in a Re-box costs 49 CZK.

What time is breakfast available?
How will breakfast be served?
Breakfast served in the Cafeteria will be offered as a hot buffet, with a daily-changing selection that may include:
- Eggs prepared in various ways
- Sausages and other smoked meats
- English and continental breakfast options
- Yoghurts, muesli, and homemade granola
- Various sweet breakfast items
- Fresh fruit and a variety of pastries will also be available.
Breakfast is priced by weight at CZK 35 per 100g. For single-item products such as pastries, the price will be clearly indicated for each item.

Will it be possible to purchase refreshments (sandwiches, snacks, drinks) in the Falcons’ Nest Café or Cafeteria after the regular opening hours, i.e., after 16:00?
Yes, starting from 1 September 2025, a vending machine will be installed in the Cafeteria, offering locally made fresh baguettes, sandwiches, snacks, and a variety of drinks. The machine will operate continuously (including after 16:00.), except during lunchtime, when it will be unavailable to encourage students to have a proper, regular lunch.
Students with a positive balance on their Aramark account can use their ISP badge to make purchases from the vending machine, or pay by card or mobile phone. It will be located at the exit of the Cafeteria meal service area to help reduce congestion at the Falcons’ Nest Café during peak snack times.

Why are lunches served in classrooms for ECF and Grade 1 & 2 students at ISP?
What is the price of an in-classroom served lunch?
For students in ECF3/4, the cost of lunch is included in their tuition.
For students in ECF5, Grade 1, and Grade 2, the lunch price is 108 CZK per day (compared to the 150 CZK per day for older students). The reduced price for classroom lunches reflects the fact that younger children generally consume smaller portions, and that the menu for in- classroom lunches is not as extensive as the one available in the cafeteria for older students.

Is a snack included in the lunch price?
The lunch price of 108CKZ covers lunch only. If a parent prefers to purchase a snack for their child at school, they have the option to buy one in the ISP Cafeteria before classes begin in the morning. A selection of fresh sandwiches, fruit, yoghurt, and other items is available daily for this purpose.
How will lunch be served in the classroom?
Lunches for the respective class are prepared by the Aramark team for distribution to classrooms on trolleys designated for this purpose. These trolleys are delivered to the respective classroom, where the lunches are served to the appropriate children by the class teacher’s assistant. Meals will be plated in the classroom individually, ensuring each child receives a portion sized appropriately for them.
Do I, as a parent of a student at ISP, have to use the Aramark application?
If a parent is permanently opting a student out of the school lunch program at ISP due to specific dietary needs or allergies, they must confirm this information as soon as possible via email to: foodrequest@aramark.cz. In this case, they are not required to use the Aramark application.
In all other cases, including for parents of children in grades ECF3/4, it is necessary to use the Aramark application.
Do I need to preorder lunch for my child(ren)?
Yes. To ensure the Aramark team knows how many lunches to prepare each day, and for which students in the grades where lunches are served in classrooms, as well as to allow parents to have direct control over their child’s lunch expenses, it is necessary to use the ordering system. This system is used only for children in grades ECF3/4–Grade 2, where lunches are delivered directly to classrooms.
For this purpose, the system is currently set so that every student in these grades has a lunch pre-ordered for every day during the first four weeks of school. Therefore, any parent who does not wish their child to have lunch at ISP (for example, due to specific dietary reasons) should promptly cancel their child’s lunch either via the Aramark app or by emailing: foodrequest@aramark.cz.
How should I proceed if I need to cancel my child’s lunch at ISP?
If a parent wishes to cancel their child’s lunch at ISP for a specific day (e.g., due to illness), the cancellation must be made in advance, or no later than 8:00 a.m. on that day, via the Aramark app. Otherwise, the lunch will be delivered to the child’s classroom and will be charged to the parent (for ECF5–G2) or to the school (for ECF3/4).
