1. Add the Aramark app to your home screen
- Go to: menu.aramark.cz/isp in Google Chrome or Safari or scan this QR Code.

Android
- Tap the three vertical dots (top right).
- Select ‘Add to Home screen’ and tap ‘Install’.
Apple
- Tap the Share icon (bottom or top right).
- Scroll down and select ‘Add to Home Screen’.
- Tap 'Add' (top right).
2. Create and activate your account
- Open the app and tap the Profile icon (person shape).

Select Create Parent Account or Create New Account (for Staff ONLY).
- Choose a username (it cannot be your email).
- Enter your ISP registered email address (same as Parent Portal login).
- Create your own memorable password.
- You’ll receive an email from noreply@aramark.cz with an activation code.
- Return to the app, tap Profile, enter the code, and activate.
3. Deposit money into your child’s account

Tap Profile → Default Child.

Select your child (confirmation message will appear).
- Tap Profile → Deposit.
- Enter the amount, add card details.
- Tap Profile to check balance.
4. Set up low balance alerts

Tap Profile.

Find Low Account Balance Notifications.
- Turn on Send Notifications.
- Set your preferred minimum balance.

How do I register once I open the app?
When you open the app, you will see a window for entering your "username" and, below that, a field for "password". Scroll down and you will see three buttons: "log in", "create new account", and "create parent account" — click on "create parent account".
Next, enter a "username" — this can be anything you choose, but please note: do not enter your email address here. The email address recorded in the school’s ISP system (myISP/Veracross) should be entered in the "email address" field.
Then, create a password and re-enter the same password for confirmation.

3. How to credit the account(s)

You will find the ‘Deposit’ button by clicking on the user icon in the top right corner.
Please note: the payment gateway currently accepts all credit/debit cards except for those from the following regions: the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Aramark have submitted a request to accept all countries, but this will not happen immediately as we are waiting for confirmation from the bank.
Can I top up my child’s account in cash or by card at school?
What happens if my child’s account runs out of credit?
If your child’s Aramark account balance falls below the cost of a lunch (150 CZK), they will not be able to receive a regular meal, as the system cannot operate with insufficient or negative balance. Please ensure the account always has enough funds to cover both the lunch service and any additional Café purchases.
While ISP will never allow a student to go without food, if the balance is insufficient, your child will be provided with a sandwich and fruit instead of the regular lunch. This alternative will only be available during the first week of school.
How can I set up balance notifications?
By default, the Aramark app sends automatic email alerts when an account balance falls below 500 CZK. You can adjust this threshold in your profile under Low Account Balance Notifications and set your preferred minimum balance amount - or opt out of automatic notifications if you wish (not recommended).
Key points to note:
Balances are checked daily at 7:00.
If the balance is below your set threshold and notifications are enabled, you will receive an email from noreply@aramark.cz. The time of sending is recorded.
If the balance is not topped up, a reminder email will be sent once a week, beginning on Friday, 15 August.
Once you top up and your balance rises above the threshold, the notification cycle resets.
If the balance drops below the threshold again, a new email notification will be sent.

How do I change the language of the app after registration?
Where can I select my child’s/children’s allergies?
You can indicate your child’s allergens using the Allergens Filter in the Aramark app under your user profile. This will filter the menu to show only meals suitable for your child’s allergen profile.
