The Robotics Programme

At ISP, our Robotics programme integrates interactive technologies across all levels of learning. From the outset, our youngest learners dive into the world of coding through the use of early-childhood specific robots that allow touch-based or physical coding. As students advance, the complexity of both robots and coding languages increases, offering them the opportunity to explore and master more sophisticated machinery such as complex robots, robotic arms, drones and microcontrollers in the Upper School. This progression is mirrored in their coding skills, evolving from the foundational block coding to more advanced languages like Python. For students where technology is a particular passion, our after-school competition robotics teams have competed both locally and globally with great success. Our programme is designed not only to engage and inspire but also to equip our students with the critical thinking and technical skills essential for navigating the future.
