Joining saxophonist Suzanne Higgins and pianist Jiří Levíček will be the talented 5th Grader Sonja Schreck. Sonja was inspired to start learning the saxophone just over a year ago when she heard Jazz Dock Orchestra perform in the Landau Theatre. She even sang a solo when they played for the second time at ISP last November. Sonja has worked so hard that she has now earned the right to perform on saxophone as well as sing with this jazz duo at the Gala this year. We predict a very bright future for this outstanding student!
