Scouting is fun, hands-on learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and prepares them for today – and for life. The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) provides the United States’ foremost youth program of character development and values-based leadership training. BSA is composed of approximately 2.2 million youth members between the ages of 5 and 21 and approximately 800,000 volunteers in local councils throughout the United States and its territories. Prague’s BSA Troop 963, begun in 2018, is a local, volunteer-run scouting organization for young men, ages 11 to 18, sponsored by ISP (our chartering organization) and part of the BSA Transatlantic Council (TAC). We hold weekly Troop meetings on Tuesdays at ISP and monthly activities, including campouts, hikes, service projects and other adventures.
