That's why we're committed to providing a wide range of opportunities for everyone in our community to expand their knowledge of education, parenting strategies, digital wellness skills, and other pertinent subjects in our ever-evolving world. Through a range of engaging programmes and workshops like our Edge in Education and Distinguished Speaker Series, we empower each member of our community to stay informed, adaptable, and inspired on their own journey of lifelong learning.
Bringing accomplished professionals to ISP gives our students and families access to expertise and ideas that will help shape their experience and inspire them to go out and change the world.Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of our donors, we were honored to welcome Petr Sís, world-renowned author, illustrator, graphic artist, and storyteller to ISP in September 2022, as the first speaker in our Distinguished Speaker Series in honour of Dr. Arnie Bieber, ISP Director for 13 years, and his wife Marianne.

Edge in Education
Edge in Education is a series of seminars and workshops which take place each academic year at ISP. The series brings together eminent international speakers from the field of education and beyond, engaging with ISP educators and parents alike.The sessions include thought-provoking presentations on current and future trends in education. The Edge in Education sessions were filmed and can be watched on the Edge in Education page.
Workshops
A Workshop is a space for parents to learn valuable lessons from invested experts. Throughout the year, we invite experts to speak on topics we know our community will enjoy. Recent speakers include digital wellness expert Patrick Green, the Maker Institute team, educational consultant Julie Stern and many others.
Distinguished Speaker Series
The Distinguished Speaker Series brings world-renowned leaders and accomplished professionals to ISP. Speakers may include local and world leaders, Pulitzer Prize winners, best-selling authors, explorers, and celebrated personalities from around the world who can offer profound insights and inspiration.
