Strategic Plan

ISP Strategic Plan 2025-2029
The International School of Prague (ISP) recently celebrated its 75th anniversary. Today, we are proud to be recognized globally as a leader in forward-thinking, inclusive education. This success is no accident. ISP’s reputation has been built through a sustained commitment to innovation and inquiry - ensuring that what we teach, and how we teach it, empowers students to become Curious, Competent, and Compassionate Changemakers, as our mission affirms.
Strategic planning plays a vital role in ISP’s continued growth and improvement. A strong strategic plan not only guides everyday decisions but also helps shape long-term priorities, including how we allocate resources between accreditation cycles.
Following our most recent accreditation visit and report in 2024*, we carefully reviewed the commendations and recommendations, as well as our progress on previous strategic goals. This reflection led to the development of this new Strategic Plan - one that supports our continued journey from good to great and outlines a pathway toward becoming one of the most innovative and progressive schools in Europe.
The Strategic Plan 2025–2029 is shaped by a process of internal reflections, insights from accreditation feedback, and leading global perspectives on the future of education. The resulting priorities are organised into two key categories: ‘Foundational Priorities’ and ‘Focus Areas for Growth’.
Together, these priorities make up ISP’s seven strategic goals, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram. We believe this Strategic Plan provides a clear and compelling vision for the future of ISP, and a shared path forward for our entire community.
Warm regards,
Dr. Cal Callaway
