Governance
Leading ISP into the future
ISP is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Trustees, which meets regularly throughout the year. Its members each serve a three-year term with a maximum of two terms. The Board is supported by four Committees: Advancement, Building and Grounds, Finance, and Governance.
Board Responsibilities
- Appointing and evaluating the performance of the Director;
- Acting as an advocate of ISP, its mission and policies;
- Strategic planning and ensuring the long-term stability and success of ISP;
- Overseeing the fiscal affairs of the school and approving the ISP budget;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the School in achieving its mission.
