Dining Services

The ISP Dining Hall is maintained by the Zátiší Group, a well known restaurant and catering company in Prague.

The ISP daily menu can be found here

For more information on meals in each section of the School, please see below.

Meals in Pre-Kindergarten through Kindergarten

Students in Pre-Kindergarten through Kindergarten eat twice at school during the school day.

The mid-morning snack should be brought from home by the student. We encourage healthy snacks such as fruit, yogurt, sandwiches, and juice. We don't consider foods with a high sugar content or caffeine (such as chocolate) to be appropriate for children during the school day.

For lunch, Children in Pre-Kindergarten through Kindergarten eat in their classrooms. They may bring food from home or participate in the set-meal program offered by the cafeteria. If you decide to use the cafeteria plan, payment should be made at the beginning of each trimester. You may suspend lunch service in advance using the on-line service (if your child is going to be away), and you may cancel the program at any time. For more information, please see this page.

Meals in Grades 1 and 2

Students in the Elementary School eat twice during the school day.

The mid-morning snack should be brought from home by the student. We encourage healthy snacks such as fruit, yogurt, sandwiches, and juice. We don't consider foods with a high sugar content or caffeine (such as chocolate) to be appropriate food for children during the school day.

For lunch, children in Grades 1 and 2 may bring food from home or they can take advantage of our full service cafeteria. If you decide to use the cafeteria plan, payment should be made at the beginning of each trimester; students then receive a hot meal, drink, and dessert or fruit (but they are not permitted to purchase individual meals or drinks). Meals are served to the children at their tables.

Meals in Grades 3, 4, and 5

Students in the Elementary School eat twice during each school day.

The mid-morning snack should be brought from home by the student. We encourage healthy snacks such as fruit, yogurt, sandwiches, and juice. We don't consider foods with a high sugar content or caffeine (such as chocolate) to be appropriate food for children during the school day.

For lunch, children may bring food from home or they can take advantage of our full service cafeteria.

If you decide to use the cafeteria, please see their website for all menus and payment options - Payments may be made directly to the cashiers in the cafeteria anytime before or after the lunch service (10:00 to 14:00). Students in Grades 3, 4, and 5 have a limited lunch selection in order to ensure a nutritious meal.

Middle & Upper School Meals

The ISP Cafeteria is available to all Middle School students for snacks throughout the day, as well as a traditional hot lunch. Most students and families take advantage of the prepaid lunch card system that enables students to purchase their food without cash throughout an extended period of time.
